Hey, I’m Jace!

I’m a certified coach and have over 500 coaching hours under my belt. I’m also a Facilitator, founder of Inbo and lifelong misfit!

I’m queer, trans, sober, neurodivergent, and tender-hearted as hell.

I created Misfits because I wanted a space where people like us could feel seen and supported, not fixed. A place where softness is sacred. Where rebellion is respected. Where we stop trying to fit the mold and start trusting our belonging.

My style? Relational, intuitive, and playful. No prefab roadmaps, just brave questions and co‑created experiments that move you forward.
